St Ives pupils are going places...

My daughter knows the teachers in the school and they know her, it is friendly, warm and really knows it's stuff when it comes to child development.

Really nice nurturing environment, in lovely setting. Most important is how much my daughter loves it there - so much so she often doesn't want to come home!

My son, like all boys needs to get outside and be physical and the outdoor space at St Ives is an adventure park with lots of space to run and wonderful views, for him to run around in.

St Ives Community - Friend of St Ives (FOSI)

St Ives is embarking on an exciting new chapter in the history of St Ives school and FOSI needs you to help us help the school to make the very most of it!

Get involved and you will help shape the bright future of the school for your children and generations of children to come. We appreciate that time is precious but big or small, all contributions are welcome.

FOSI encourages every parent to become members of our vibrant parents association. It is an essential social network for parents, but also gives you the opportunity to get more involved in how your child is educated. FOSI also helps to fund raise for additional items for the school that will enhance and enrich your children’s experience at the school.

FOSI has recently purchased 20 new iPads, helped to refurbish the school library and provide a new sound system for the hall! More is on its way too!

One of the ways in which FOSI helps to raise money for the school is through our Web shop. This is a great way to get some fantastic on-line bargains, find cheaper gas and electricity services and even book a holiday. Anything you buy through our web shop will help towards our fund-raising targets and as a member you will be part of deciding where this money is spent.

FOSI enjoys the wholehearted support of the school community and welcomes your help and ideas.

Ways you can help include:

  • Baking for Cake Sales
  • Joining the Christmas Fair Committee
  • Assisting Craft Activities in School
  • Helping with make-up and costumes for the annual school show
  • Meet and Greet prospective Parents at Open Morning Events
